“How to Run a Brainstorming Session”  is a great read and talks about the IDEO method and culture that we learned when we attended the “Learn Product Design Innovation–the IDEO and Stanford d.school way” event back on September 24, 2010. Former principal Lawrence Shubert taught us the innovation process from IDEO.
